1. Orders take approximately 1-7 business days to process and ship.

2. If the shipping address provided is incorrect and the package arrives to the provided location, we are not responsible.

3. We do not ship on Weekends. 

4. We are not responsible for lost or stolen items. However, if your item/s arrived damaged you can claim a replacement with proof (see return policy for more details).
